Shipping Policy


1. Shipping rate can be checked via We round up the courier fee to the nearest RM when you pay the delivery fee to the centre for our runners. Choose the option pay delivery fee on delivery if you prefer to pay the delivery fee to the courier company yourself.

2. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

3. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the time of order. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).

4. Our courier will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times and doesn’t charge any re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

5. In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. All un-attempted parcels will be returned to our warehouse after the 3 trial deliveries have been scheduled. Resending costs will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.
