Refund and Returns Policy


(a) Tuition Fee

  1. The Registration Fee paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Ai Tuition reserves the right to utilise refundable deposits to offset outstanding amounts due to the tuition fee in the computation of refunds.
  3. In the event that a refund is requested after the enrolment of subjects is done and the fees due are not paid, Ai Tuition reserves the right to charge the fees accordingly and utilise Refundable Deposits to offset the outstanding amount due to Ai Tuition in the computation of refund.
  4. The request for a refund should only be made via Ai Tuition Refund Request Form, and that other methods of notification will not be entertained. Any amount to be refunded is subject to the approval and discretion of Ai Tuition.
  5. In the event the student joins the class of Week 1 of the month under automatic approval before paying the tuition fee, Ai Tuition will charge the full monthly fees of the subjects.
  6. At all times, it is imperative that all rules and regulations are strictly adhered to, failing which Ai Tuition shall forfeit all refundable deposits and the said deposits may be required to be paid once again, where applicable.
  7. In the event that the student fails to settle his/her fees in accordance with the respective due date, the student shall be liable to pay late payment charges that shall be levied accordingly by Ai Tuition.

(b) Books

We are happy to replace or exchange products returned within 14 days from the purchase date as long as it’s returned in their original packaging, unused and sellable condition. Any cost of returning the unwanted item to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned item, we will proceed to exchange for the items you want to exchange with the same value or higher. Any variance in payment shall be made to secure the order.

If the replacement of the item is unavailable, you may request a refund via the original payment method but please allow sufficient time for the process. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges or refunds, so keep your receipts or invoices to make the return easier! Please have the following available:

  • Image of Item/parcel(s) received
  • Name of Item
  • Order Number/Transaction Reference
  • Receipts

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, we will deliver the product that you’ve ordered as fast as we could and retrieve the incorrect one at our cost. However, if you prefer an exchange or refund, we are happy to process for you which includes refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the items are returned within a reasonable time as per the Return Policy.
